The free printables. The pocket hug hearts, coloring pages, discussion questions, story time kit, and feelings check-in are free for families, classrooms, libraries, and reading groups. Print as many copies as you need for the children in front of you. Please do not sell them, put them behind a paywall, or hand them out as your own work.

Everything else. The stories, characters, artwork, and text on this site belong to Courtney Owen. Sharing a link is always welcome. Copying a page onto another site, or using the characters in your own products, needs her written permission first. Ask through the contact page.

The games and activities. They are here for fun and comfort. The feelings check-in is a calming tool, not medical or mental health advice. If a child's big feelings are intense or last for weeks, talk with your pediatrician, school counselor, or another professional who knows the child.

Visits, events, and sponsorships. Anything you read here about author visits, event dates, or classroom sponsorships is an invitation to talk, not a contract. Details are confirmed with you directly by email before anything is booked.

Photos you send. If you email a pocket hug photo for the gallery, you are giving Courtney permission to show it on this site and her social pages. Please only send photos you took and are comfortable sharing, and please tell her if you want a child's face left out or a photo removed later.

What this site can promise. Courtney keeps the information here as accurate as she can, but the site is offered as is. Book prices, availability, and event details change, and Amazon is the final word on anything you buy there.
